I invented the United States Emergency Communication System for all of the municipalities, universities and k-12 schools throughout the United States and Canada. The company was ultimately sold to Blackboard Inc. for 183 Million. The company spawned fifty new competitors and was responsible for creating a new business sector as represented on the NASDAQ for the Emergency Communication Industry.
